We don't look for "perfect" resumes — we look for potential. Successful YCB participants share these qualities:

Comfort with expressing yourself in English, since it's the medium of instruction.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis – apply early to increase your chances.
Final selections are made after Round 2 (Group Discussion).
